About us

TERRA CONCEPT exclusive real estate is a company created by Juri Michaelsen and José Noda to promote Tenerife’s luxury real estate.

With now more than 30 years of experience in the second generation in real estate, Juri Michaelsen started his career in 1989 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in relocation services for short term rentals for international companies.

After finishing his studies he worked for Blumenauer Immobilien, selling exclusive real estate in Frankfurt, as well as new developments in Frankfurt’s first adresses.

Since 2000 Juri Michaelsen is working in Tenerife, where he grew up, in real estate.
